Artificial intelligence poses both benefits and challenges to the US, and our government has a role in creating laws that promote safe and effective ways to use this new technology. Join us at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for a hands-on exploration of government and how lawmakers might set rules for the use of AI in the fields of education, health care, law enforcement, and business. Working together as Senators, you will create a bill that offers regulations for the use of artificial intelligence with a special focus on privacy, non-discrimination, and safety.
Democracy for Juniors or Cadettes badge included. Volunteer supervision required.
