When you've completed the required outdoor skills trainings, you are ready to reserve a site at one of our eight properties! Learn more about each of our properties before reserving a site or activity. Remember: proof of outdoor training is required to complete a reservation.

Service Unit Coordinators and Encampment Directors
Please submit an online request form for encampments. Please note: due dates for encampment requests are as follows:
- April 15 for reservations between September 2026 and January 2027
- November 15 for reservations between February and August 2027
Girl Scout Troops
Site reservations will be available to ALL, 10 GSEMA business days after the encampment request due dates. These dates are:
- September 2026-January 2027 reservations will be open on April 30, 2026 at 10 AM. To reserve a property, click "Reserve Online" below to begin the reservation process.
