To capture any last minute online orders, we are extending the Fall Product Program for online direct ship and online girl delivered nut/candy items and mags and more orders to Wednesday, October 23 (11:59PM). Girl Scouts and troops will continue to be able to make reward selections until all online activity closes on Wednesday. Delivery dates of product and rewards will not change.
This quick, simple money-earning program is a great way for Girl Scouts to learn important life skills and earn money early in their troop year, which is the primary reason Girl Scout troop participate. The cost of troop supplies, activities, and field trips can add up quickly, but the proceeds from the program can cover many of these expenses.
During this four-week sale, participants sell 16 delicious nut and candy options (with additional online exclusives), a wide selection of magazines (digital and print), Tervis Tumblers, Girl Scout-themed BarkBox products, and personalized stationery products to their friends and family.

Follow these steps to participate in the Fall Product Program:
- Is your Girl Scout registered for the 2024-25 Girl Scout year? If not, renew their membership at mygs.girlscouts.org.
- Is your troop participating in the Fall Product Program? Check with your troop leader. If not, email customercare@gsema.org to get started.
- Review the Family Guide to learn how to set up an M2 Account. On September 16, Girl Scouts can personalize your Fall Product website and email your friends and family to help reach your troop’s goals!

Crossover Patch
Girl Scouts who sell 15 or more fall units and 25 cookie packages this year will receive the Crossover Patch in the spring, along with cookie rewards.
Please note that troops must participate in both the GSEMA Fall Product and Cookie Programs to receive approval for additional money-earning activities during the troop year. For more information, see the Money-Earning Basics section of Volunteer Essentials.

TROOP GUIDEBefore the Program Begins: Action Steps for Girl Scout Troop Volunteers
Follow these steps to enroll your troop in the Fall Product Program:
- Youth and adult troop members must have a 2024-25 Girl Scout membership, and troop volunteers must have a current and approved GSEMA CORI background check, valid for the duration of the Fall Product Program. Log into mygs.girlscouts.org to renew, purchase, or confirm troop memberships.
- Submit the Troop Fall Product Coordinator Agreement form.
- Submit the Troop Bank Information form. Need a troop bank account? Visit gsema.org/troop#bankacct
Once you've completed these steps, here's what’s next:
Join a September Prep Talk & log into M2!
- All new and returning Fall Product Program troop volunteers are invited to learn about the upcoming program. Session dates and links are on our website at gsema.org/fallsale. All Prep Talks are recorded and links are posted to the program webpage the following day.
- M2 tutorials are quick topical videos to guide you through tasks in M2. These are located on our website and in M2.
Then, host a Family Meeting. This is one of the most important aspects of the Fall Product Program. Work with your Girl Scouts to develop a troop activity plan for the year, create a budget, and set goals to fund the plan.
The Fall Product Program Troop Guide is a great resource. For more details about the program, be sure to read this document and the weekly program support emails (sent on Sundays).
