About Our Leadership
The Board of Directors of Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts provides strategic leadership and fiduciary oversight in partnership with the CEO and executive team. Guided by the Girl Scout mission and values, the board helps shape the organization’s long-term vision, stewards resources responsibly, and ensures the council operates with integrity, accountability, and care. Board members support key areas of governance, including strategy, finance, fundraising, property stewardship, membership, and mission delivery, always with a focus on creating meaningful opportunities for girls. Together, board leaders serve as ambassadors for GSEMA and champions for every Girl Scout.
