Community Pathways is how Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts partners with schools, community organizations, and faith-based groups to bring the Girl Scout experience directly to girls where they already learn, grow, and gather.
Through Community Pathways, programs take place on-site in familiar, trusted spaces, allowing girls to participate during or after the school day. By reducing or removing common barriers to participation, more girls can access meaningful leadership experiences while achieving the same leadership outcomes as traditional Girl Scout troops.
We work primarily in underserved and under-resourced communities, partnering with local organizations to help youth build confidence, develop leadership skills, and feel more connected to their communities. Along the way, we provide volunteers and partners with the tools, training, and support they need to create meaningful, lasting programs. Financial assistance is available to help ensure every girl can participate.
We work with you to identify your needs, recruit volunteers, and put together a plan.
