Have you ever wanted to dig up the fossils of ancient dinosaurs? How do we know dinosaurs roamed the earth millions of years ago? Then becoming a paleontologist might be the career for you!
Billerica kindergarteners are invited to learn all about what paleontologists are, what they do, how to become one, and create our own dinosaur fossil to take home on Saturday, January 13, at 3:00 PM in the lower level meeting room of the Billerica Public Library. Caregivers, you're invited, too!
At this event, future Girl Scouts will begin developing basic leadership skills through engaging, interactive, and thoughtful activities—the core of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience—while their adults learn how to bring Girl Scouts to your neighborhood as a troop leader and get involved with a new troop. Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place—come see what we’re all about!
Unable to attend or have an older child and want to learn more? Please visit gsema.org/moreinfo, and a council staff member will be in touch.
