Prerequisite: Current First Aid/CPR Certification is required for this course. You may sign up for this course before completing First Aid/CPR training, but it must be completed before the start of Wilderness First Aid training. Please submit credentials to Customer Care after registering for this course.

This course certifies you to be a Wilderness First Aider and is
required training for volunteers of GSEMA taking Girl Scouts more than
30 minutes outside of emergency medical care. Certification is valid
for two years. Course fee of $150. includes comprehensive resource
book, keychain CPR mask and certification card.
Overnight
accommodations can be arranged. Food is not included. If you are
interested in overnight accommodations, please contact Lori Beverage
at lbeverage@gsema.org.
Full or
partial financial aid is available for GSEMA Volunteers and can be
requested by emailing customercare@gsema.org.
Participants will need to bring lunch. Other needs will be
emailed after registration.
