Get ready for an unforgettable adventure! Operation Snowflake is a winter camping competition designed for Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador Girl Scouts who are ready to show off their outdoor skills and learn new ones along the way. Spend the weekend camping in tents, cooking your own meals, and tackling team challenges that test everything from fire building to lashing, navigation, and more. Whether you're in it to win it or just want to try something new, you'll build courage, confidence, and character with other Girl Scouts and have a blast in the snow. Camp hard, compete strong, and lead with courage. Are you up for the challenge? Join for for an info session on 1/11 at 6 PM.
Prepare for the ultimate challenge by attending the other sessions in our outdoor survival series: Lash It and Love It, Lash It and Love It MORE, Navigating the Unknown, Pack Like a Pro: Gear Up for the Elements, and Fire Power: Build, Light, and Lead
This is a troop event, and patrols are made up of 3-5 Girl Scouts. If you are an individual Girl Scout or if other members of your troop aren't interested in attending, you can sign up for Operation Snowflake: Join the Juliettes! We will connect you with a Girl Scout Volunteer and other Juliettes near you!
