Read this online guide to learn how the Fall Product Program works as well all of the policies and procedures. It will be updated as necessary throughout the season.

TROOP GUIDE
September 4 at 7 PM

Prep Talk for Service Unit Fall Product Mentors and experienced Troop Fall Product Coordinators.

September 8 at 7 PM

Prep Talk for new Troop Fall Product Coordinators with one or less years of experience.

Troop Fall Product Coordinators receive M2 registration emails.

September 15

Fall Product Program begins. Coordinators send M2 registration emails to MY26 registered Girl Scouts.
October 17

Troop Bank Information Form, Troop Fall Product Coordinator Agreement, and Reward Opt-out Forms are due by 9 AM.
October 19

Fall Product Program ends at 11:59 PM and all online direct ship and girl delivery orders close.
October 20

Coordinators enter paper order card sales and reward orders into M2 by 11:59 PM.
October 31

GSEMA automatically withdraws funds from troop bank account (100% balance due).
Nov. 12-13

All Girl-Delivered and paper order card product delivered to service units and GSEMA service centers.
Nov. TBD

Product and rewards pick-up details will be provided by your mentor or a GSEMA staff member.
