Welcome to the Fall Product Program, Troop Volunteers!

This fun, easy, and quick program helps Girl Scouts build entrepreneurial skills while raising money early in the membership year to fund activities and supplies. Family and friends can stock up on great quality products for themselves or to give as gifts—all while supporting your troop!

Over four weeks, Girl Scouts can sell delicious nuts and chocolates, magazine subscriptions, Tervis® Tumblers, personalized products, candles, and Girl Scout-themed BarkBoxes, earning 15-25% of every dollar sold. The program has multiple options for participation, including online-only ordering.

Help Your Girl Scout Troop Get Started

Follow these steps to enroll your troop in the Fall Product Program:

Youth and adult troop members must have a 2026-27 Girl Scout membership, and troop volunteers must have a current and approved GSEMA CORI background check, valid for the duration of the Fall Product Program. Log into mygs.girlscouts.org to renew, purchase, or confirm troop memberships.
Submit the Troop Fall Product Coordinator Agreement form.
Submit the Troop Bank Information form. Need a troop bank account? Visit gsema.org/troop#bankacct

Service Units without a Fall Product Program Mentor toggle arrow

Towns and cities with a Service Unit Fall Product Mentor have their materials, product and rewards delivered directly to this volunteer in your town. Items get counted, sorted and distributed accordingly. If you do not currently have a local Service Unit Fall Product Program Mentor, the GSEMA Product Program team will handle those tasks. Please allow time for this process.

If you need program materials now, please use the pick up scheduler form.

Mid-November, GSEMA will contact troops in service units without a mentor when ready to schedule an appointment for pickup in Waltham, Middleboro or Andover. Our offices do not have regular operating hours as staff are working remote. New dates will be added all season long.

Prep Talks

August 31

Prep Talk for Service Unit Fall Product Mentors and experienced Troop Fall Product Coordinators.

September 9 at 7 PM

Prep Talk for new Troop Fall Product Coordinators with one or less years of experience.

Important Dates

September 8

Troop Fall Product Coordinators receive M2 registration emails.

September 14

Fall Product Program begins. Coordinators send M2 registration emails to MY27 registered Girl Scouts.

October 19

Troop Bank Information Form, Troop Fall Product Coordinator Agreement, and Reward Opt-out toggle in M2 (no additional form required) due by 9 AM.

October 20

Fall Product Program ends at 11:59 PM and all online direct ship and girl delivery orders close.

October 20

Coordinators enter paper order card sales and reward orders into M2 by 11:59 PM.

October 30

GSEMA automatically withdraws funds from troop bank account (100% balance due).

Nov. 12-13

All Girl-Delivered and paper order card product delivered to service units and GSEMA service centers.

November TBD

Rewards delivery to mentors and GSEMA service centers. Pick-up details will be provided by your mentor or a member of the product program team.
