Whether you’re a Girl Scout alum, a current member, a dedicated volunteer, or you simply have an extraordinary Girl Scout in your life, you’re an important part of the Girl Scout family. And you know what families do together? Celebrate!
Girl Scout Week is something to celebrate—seven straight days to show off your Girl Scout pride and lift up all that this worldwide sisterhood has given you, your community, and the world. Join us in treating each day from Sunday, March 10, through Saturday, March 16, as a day of action focused on a powerful yet simple way to get involved.
So, are you with us? Ready to go green and shout your Girl Scout love from the rooftops? Tag us in your photos on social @girlscoutsemass or send them to us at gsema.org/shareyourstory.
During Girl Scout week, many troops celebrate the connections between Girl Scouting and their faith, learn more about other faiths, and thank faith partners for their support throughout the year. Dates to remember:

Whether you’re new to Girl Scouts or a lifetime member, here are some big and small ways to join in the Girl Scout vibes to celebrate this special Girl Scout season!
Special Whatchamacallits Affectionately Pinned Somewhere (SWAPS) are small tokens of friendship that Girl Scouts exchange with one another, and each SWAP uniquely reflects a fellow Girl Scout, their troop, or a memory of a special event. Make a few SWAPS—like matching friendship bracelets—and share them with your Girl Scout BFFs.
Spread the Girl Scout love with those closest to you! Welcome a new friend to join the sisterhood by inviting them to an upcoming troop meeting or event.
Girl Scouts know how to give back to their communities and take action to make the world a better place! Start small by completing a random act of kindness today or go big by starting your Highest Award or plotting out a Take Action project for your community’s future.
Getting outside is an essential piece of the Girl Scout experience. There’s no better way to celebrate Girl Scout Week than with exploration and adventure! Check out programs like the Girl Scout Tree Promise to get started!
