GSEMA has cancelled all programs, activities, trainings, camp property rentals, camp open houses, and recruitments, and all GSEMA offices, properties, shops, and the museum are closed through December 31, 2020. Employees are working from home until further notice.  

GSEMA staff, including our Customer Care team, are available to help Monday–Thursday from 8:30 AM–5 PM.


Members are invited order items from the GSEMA Shop for curb-side pickup. Complete this form to organize your order.

Membership Announcements

As of August 18, 2020, the Waltham GSEMA shop is open for curbside pick-up and mail ordering. GSEMA members can use our online form to place an order at the Waltham shop and schedule curbside pick-up, or request to have packages delivered. If you would prefer to place your order via phone and schedule a pick-up, please call the Waltham Shop directly at 781-893-6293. Pick-up times will be available on Tuesdays, 12-4 PM; Wednesdays, 2-6 PM; and Thursdays 12-4 PM.

Other GSEMA shops remain closed at this time. You can visit our online store for 24 hour shopping.

How to Talk to Children about COVID-19

In these trying times, it can be difficult to know what to say or do to best support our girls, ourselves, and one another. Through Raising Awesome Girls, GSUSA’s family and parenting newsletter, there are tips on how to talk with your girl about Coronavirus, help her cope with disappointment from cancellations, make the best of distance learning, and help her navigate an overwhelming world.

Program Refunds

Members affected by GSEMA cancellations will be contacted directly. Due to bank processes beyond our control, members can anticipate a refund in 3-4 weeks.
