Hello Troop Fall Product Coordinator,
Exciting news! On Tuesday, September 8, eligible Troop Fall Product Coordinators will receive an email from M2, our Fall Product Program online ordering platform. From there, you’ll be able to get your troop set up in the system and ensure your Girl Scouts are prepared to begin selling on September 14.
Important Eligibility Requirements: Registration emails will only be sent on September 8 to volunteers who have an active 2027 membership, a current background check, and have completed the Troop Fall Product Coordinator Agreement and the Troop Bank Information Form. Once the required paperwork has been completed, please allow up to two business days for processing before receiving your launch email.

Once you receive your M2 access email, please complete the following:
- Verify Troop Rosters: Check parent/guardian email addresses and troop roster information inside M2.
- Update Contacts: Edit or add any missing caregiver contact details.
- Prepare Family Outreach: Queue up launch emails to send to Girl Scout families via M2 starting September 14.
- Watch a Prep Talk Webinar: New volunteers (0-1 years of experience) should join us on September 9 at 7 PM for a live walkthrough of the program. Girl Scout Fall Product Program entrepreneurs earn 15–20% of every dollar sold for their troop, and an additional 5% for troops with 60% (or more) Girl Scout participation and a $300 Per Girl Average (PGA). To qualify, troops must have at least five registered Girl Scouts, with each participating Girl Scout selling at least one Fall Product item. New this year: all Girl Scout levels can opt out of rewards to earn additional troop proceeds.
