Hello Troop Fall Product Coordinator,
The Fall Product Program is a fun way to kick off your troop’s autumn adventures, and it can help set your troop up for even more money-earning opportunities throughout the year! To qualify for additional troop fundraisers, all Girl Scout troops must participate in both the Fall Product and Cookie Programs.
BONUS! Girl Scouts who sell 15+ fall products and 25+ packages of Girl Scout Cookies will also earn a special Entrepreneur Programs patch, delivered with the rest of their Cookie Program rewards in the spring.
Unlock additional earnings through the Fall Product Program! Girl Scout troops with at least 5 Girl Scouts, 60% participation, and an average of $300 or more in sales per Girl Scout can earn an extra 5% from every sale. Check your inbox to see your troop’s Fall Product Program Progress Report!

Important Program Dates:
- October 20: Last day for Girl Scouts to enter paper order card sales into M2 and for customers to place online orders. Fall Product Coordinators may also enter any last-minute orders into M2 and confirm all troop members’ reward selections on this day.
- October 30: Automatic troop funds withdrawal (100% balance due) from your troop’s bank account. Fall Product Coordinators are able to run a Troop Summary Report in M2 to review the amount due. Please ensure funds are available in your troop’s account at least two days prior to the scheduled withdrawal, and contact our Customer Care team if you foresee any potential issues.
- November 12–13: All girl-delivered and paper order card products delivered to Service Units and GSEMA Council Service Centers.
