Hello Girl Scout Friend,
And just like that, the 2026 Fall Product Program has come to a close! We are in awe of how much our go-getter Girl Scouts have achieved this season.
With your encouragement and support, they’ve built confidence, grown their financial literacy, developed valuable life skills, and so much more. Your dedication makes a huge difference, and we’re so grateful to have you cheering them on every step of the way.
As we wrap up this awesome entrepreneurial program, we’ve compiled a list below of volunteer need-to-knows for product and reward distribution.
Troop Volunteer Need-to-Knows
Service Unit Product and Reward Delivery and Troop Distribution:
- Print these M2 reports ahead of your pickup time from your Service Unit Fall Product Mentor or GSEMA Service Center:
- Troop Orders – Nut and chocolate orders submitted via paper order cards and orders designated for Girl Delivery.
- Troop Rewards – Summary of rewards earned.
- Count everything carefully! If something is missing or damaged, please let your mentor know right away.
Product and Reward Distribution to Girl Scouts:
- Print these M2 reports before sorting and handing out products to families:
- Girl Scout Orders – Nut and chocolate orders submitted via paper order cards and orders designated for Girl Delivery.
- Girl Scout Rewards – Summary of rewards earned.
- Sort through all products and rewards before scheduling pickup times with Girl Scout families.
- Share clear pickup details, including date, time, and location, with families in advance.
- Ask caregivers to bring their order form to confirm items. Have them sign for their order using the printed All Sales Report and keep a copy for your troop records.
- Remind Girl Scouts to deliver items in a timely manner (ideally around Thanksgiving) so customers can enjoy their tasty treats!

Join us at Gillette Stadium on November 21 for the ULTIMATE Cookie Season Celebration! Girl Scouts, with their troops or families, will build their cookie season skills, taste-test the new Girl Scout Sparkables, dance with a live DJ, and more. Registration opens October 18 for both 9 AM-12 PM and 2-5 PM sessions.
