Program Period: December 3, 2025-March 6, 2026
By participating in the Girl Scout Cookie Program, your Girl Scout troop will gain hands-on experience setting goals, managing money, and practicing teamwork while growing their confidence and leadership skills. Along the way, they build critical life skills—from communication and problem-solving to entrepreneurship and financial literacy—while taking pride in funding their own Girl Scout adventures.

READ THE GUIDEGetting started is easy! Here's your cookie program checklist:
- Make sure everyone’s registered! Youth and adult troop members need a 2025–26 Girl Scout membership. Troop volunteers also need a current, approved GSEMA CORI background check that’s valid through March 31, 2026. Log in to mygs.girlscouts.org to purchase memberships.
- Complete the Troop Cookie Coordinator Agreement. This form helps us make sure your troop is ready to rock the cookie program!
- Set up your troop bank info. Submit the Troop Bank Information form so your troop is ready to handle cookie sales. Need a troop bank account? Find details at gsema.org/troop#bankacct.

- Review the cookie program materials such as the Cookie Book for Troop Volunteers.
- Catch up with a Prep Talk then log into Digital Cookie and Smart Cookies!
- Host a troop family meeting to develop a troop activity plan for the year, create a budget, and set goals to fund the plan. Guides for Daisy/Brownie/Junior and Cadette/Senior/Ambassador are available.
- Keep up to date with the Sunday cookie emails with content curated especially for you!

Join a Prep Talk (links below) to get the inside scoop on the upcoming cookie program, then log into Digital Cookie and Smart Cookies. All new and returning troop volunteers are welcome! Can’t make it live? No worries! All Prep Talks are recorded, and links are posted the next day.

November 16
Weekly Cookie Program emails begin. Make sure you opt-in to receive GSEMA emails.
November 24
Smart Cookies & Digital Cookie registrations email to Troop Cookie Coordinators who have submitted the required paperwork and have no outstanding issues.
December 3
Digital Cookie registration invitation emails to registered Girl Scouts. Cookie Cupboards open. Girl Scouts can begin selling online and in-person.
December 19
Scheduled withdrawals from troop bank accounts.
December 24-January 1
GSEMA Cookie Cupboards are closed for the winter holidays. (Reopen January 2, 2026)
January 6
GSUSA Cookie Finder launches, including troop cookie links and booth sales.
January 16 & Feburary 13
Scheduled withdrawals from troop bank accounts.
February 20-22
National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend
March 1
Rewards opt-out forms due to GSEMA, and the last day to register Girl Scouts for the Cookie Program.
