In our discussion of First impressions and Social Confidence, the conversation will cover the importance of eye contact and positive body language when meeting people and making friends, how girls today stand up for themselves against rude or mean behavior from others, and confidence-building techniques that can be used in the real world.
The program will be based on Fearless Focus Program’s
curriculum for the First Impressions & Social Confidence and
Skincare classes.
Each participant will learn the importance of self-care and how
it directly relates to their self-confidence. They will also learn
how to care for their unique skin type while treating their face to
the ultimate spa treatments including facial saunas and clay masks
complete with cooling cucumber eye covers, rose water toner, and
soothing facial lotion.
Next, the girls will practice
good posture and a powerful presence on our Fearless Focus Runway! We
have found our runway to be a transformative tool in helping students
learn how to own the space they're in. They will learn to walk with
pride, posture, and poise the good old-fashioned way by balancing a
book on their head. The more they practice, the more confident they
feel!
We will provide each participant with a Fearless
Focus Empowerment patch after the program to signify their participation.
Program takes place at Maria Wood Studios, 15 Columbia Road, Suite #3, Pembroke, MA.
