Girl Scout camps and outdoor experiences provide opportunities for campers to discover, connect, and take action in ways that build their courage, confidence, and character. GSEMA camps offer campers unique and adventurous opportunities in the outdoors, including archery, rock climbing, ropes courses, swimming, survival camping, and more!

Here are a few tips when registering.

Accepted Payment Methods toggle arrow

We accept the following forms of payment: E-Check, debit card, or credit card. E-Check and debit card will deduct camp fees directly from your checking or savings account, and can be used with payment plan options. There are no fees associated with E-Check or debit card payments. Payments via credit card will incur a nonrefundable 3% credit card convenience fee.

We anticipate that camp registration opening day will be very busy, but not Swiftie busy. Please expect longer than average wait times when logging into and browsing CampInTouch.

Don't get discouraged if your camper is on the waitlist. Select a second session, and hold tight for a few weeks as family plans change.

On camp opening day, many families will try to register for the same camp session, but not all will secure a spot. If you didn’t get the session your camper wanted, they will automatically be placed on a waitlist. If this should happen, you will receive an email from GSEMA, and you will not be charged the deposit fee.

We know how frustrating this can be. To ease your mind, here are the waitlist protocols:

All camper applications are date and time-stamped, so as soon as they are put on the waitlist, it keeps them in the order they applied.

After the registration rush and before summer begins, a lot of camper families’ plans change, and spots may open up. We encourage you to stay on the waitlist and be patient, if you can.

If a spot becomes available and your camper is able to be moved off the waitlist, we will enroll your camper and automatically charge your credit card $75 per session if before May 1. You will then receive a confirmation via email that your camper has been enrolled, and you will have 5 business days to get back to us if you need to cancel enrollment. After 5 business days, you will not be refunded the deposit if you cancel your registration.

If your child is moved off the waitlist after May 1, your credit card will be charged the full price of the program. You will receive confirmation via email, and you will have 5 business days to cancel enrollment to receive a full refund.

If you are registering for multiple children for the same week and some children were enrolled while others were put on the waitlist, you can reach out to Customer Care via email to discuss your options.

On the surface, adding another spot to accommodate a camper sounds fantastic. But, it's not always a solution we can implement. Around here, safety comes before fun, and we abide by strict staff-to-camper ratios, local board of health regulations, and camp site capacity. If there is an opportunity to expand a camp session, we will.
